WAIKATO FREIGHT & LOGISTICS

Altranz is a Hamilton-based Waikato freight and logistics company. We service and ship to all locations in New Zealand, from the far north, to the deep south and everywhere in between.

Waikato Freight & Logistics Services

Altranz provides a range of Waikato freight & logistics transport solutions operating from our base in Te Rapa, Hamilton. Carting NZ-wide, services include container transport, general and specialised freight transport and bulk cartage.

We offer both domestic and international logistics services, including import / export options. We are a MAF-approved transitional facility, providing a total port-to-door service.

We operate daily runs between most North-Island centres including Hamilton, Auckland, Whangarei, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, New Plymouth and Wellington. We also offer regular South Island services. Wherever you are, we can deliver NZ-wide through our extensive logistics network.

We transport a variety of items including heavy machinery, timber and construction goods, forestry equipment, general and refrigerated containers, concrete products, transportable homes and cabins.

We aim to 'go beyond' for all of our customers every time, providing a personalised, on-time and on-budget Waikato freight & logistics transport services that are second-to-none.

GENERAL FREIGHT

Altranz operates daily runs between most North-Island centres including Hamilton, Auckland, Whangarei, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, New Plymouth and Wellington. We also offer regular South Island services.

CONTAINERS

We freight both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less Container Load) containers, for international import and export, or domestic shipping, for a truly overseas port-to-local-door service. We also facilitate containers for export and import, including packing for export, and local-de-vanning. We operate a modern fleet that includes swing-lift and skeleton trailers capable of lifting up to 36 tonne, and carting up to 31 tonne general purpose, dry and reefer containers.

TRANSPORTERS

We have the capability to carry over dimensional freight, and machinery up to 75 tonne. We have three rows of four, three rows of eight, dolly transporters and five other transporters, offering a wide range of capacity for a diverse range of jobs.

LOGISTICS + STORAGE

Our Hamilton site is a fully licensed MPI transitional and unpacking facility, providing a total port-to-door service. Services include storage for all imported cargo. allowing us to de-van import containers for those not MPI-approved. We also offer this service throughout New Zealand using our network of ATF partners.
